• Purpose of the Service

  You Bible Verse provides Bible verses, inspirational content, and related resources for informational and inspirational purposes. The Service is intended to help users reflect on scripture and explore Bible passages. The content provided is not intended to replace professional advice, including but not limited to legal, financial, medical, or pastoral counseling.

• Scripture Content and Attribution

  Bible verses provided through the Service are retrieved via the scripture web service available at: https://bolls.life. Different Bible translations may be subject to copyright protections and may require attribution. Where applicable, translation attributions will be displayed with the verse. Users are responsible for respecting the copyright terms associated with individual Bible translations.

• Images and Visual Assets

  Background images and other visual assets used within the Service may be provided by Unsplash and are used in accordance with the Unsplash license. These images are royalty-free but may not be redistributed independently outside the context of the Service without complying with the Unsplash license terms.

• User Conduct

  By using this Service, you agree not to: use the Service for unlawful purposes, attempt to disrupt or interfere with the operation of the Service, attempt to scrape, copy, or redistribute large portions of the Service content without permission, upload or share content that violates copyright laws, use the Service in any way that could harm the Service or its users. If the Service allows users to share or post content (such as shared verses or messages), users are responsible for ensuring they have the right to share that content.

• Donations

  The Service may provide an option for voluntary donations through Ko-fi. Donations are: voluntary, are processed through Ko-fi and subject to Ko-fi’s own terms and policies, and are not tax deductible, as You Bible Verse is operated by an individual and is not a registered nonprofit organization at this time. The Service operator does not store payment information. Payment processing is handled entirely by the third-party platform.

• Third-Party Services

  The Service may integrate or rely on third-party services including but not limited to: Google AdSense, Google Analytics, Ko-fi, scripture APIs, and image providers. These services may have their own terms of service and privacy policies that govern their use.

• Disclaimer of Warranties

  The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” No guarantees are made regarding: accuracy of scripture, formatting, availability of the Service, uninterrupted access, or suitability for any particular purpose. While every effort is made to present scripture accurately, errors may occasionally occur.

• Limitation of Liability

  To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operator of You Bible Verse shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service. This includes, but is not limited to: indirect damages, incidental damages, consequential damages, loss of data or loss of access.

  These Terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of the Service after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
